    • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (U.S. only)
    • Processing time: 2–7 business days (made to order)
    • Transit time: typically 2–5 business days after shipment
    • Tracking: a tracking link will be emailed once your order ships
    • Shipping rates may be weight-based depending on the item

    Address Changes & Order Edits

    • Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for address changes or order edits
    • Orders that have entered production or shipped cannot be changed or canceled

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    • If tracking shows “Delivered,” please check with the carrier, household members, and neighbors
    • If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us and we’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement when appropriate

    International Orders (if applicable)

    • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
    • Transit times may vary due to customs processing

    Returns

    Our goal at Teacher's Wish is that you love your order. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Please review the size chart before purchasing.

    • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement
    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

    • Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
    • Request made within 30 days of purchase
    • Item is unused and in the same condition as received (for returns when requested)
    • Clear photos of the issue and packing slip may be required to process the claim
