Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, with plans to expand internationally soon.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 2–7 business days, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $75 ship free within the U.S.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for address changes or edits. Orders that have entered production or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

What is your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Please review the size chart before purchasing.

What if my order is incorrect, damaged, or defective?

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Clear photos of the issue and packing slip may be required.

How do I start a claim?

What are your shirts made of?

Most shirts are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for a soft, lightweight feel. Check each product description for exact fabric details.

How do your shirts fit?

We use a unisex jersey short sleeve tee that runs true to size. Please see the size chart before ordering.

How should I care for my shirt?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Cool iron inside-out, avoiding the design
  • Do not dry clean
